My friday was spent with #hapoythreefriends, we shopped and watched a movie. Sat around and talked for quite a bit. Spent the whole day out from 12 all the way to around 1 in the morning. It was a crazy crazy day because I was so tired but we managed to catch a glimpse of the fireworks from chingay too!!!! #singaporesorich. As usual, we took a lot of photos!!!

Lunar New Year Day 9

The following day was spent on cny visiting with my friends. This is the forth year we are visiting together and I feel that it is pretty amazing being able to do that cause we kinda get to see how much we have actually grown throughout the years. This year, we visited lesser houses but we got to spend more time together playing charades, ps3 and all sort of things. It was really very tiring, I was so tired I ended up taking a cab home and me taking a cab is really a once in a blue moon thing. I can actually live an entire without taking a cab because it is a waste of money to me, really. Besides, taking a cab is not cheap.

I have learnt from yesterday to never ever take your ootd only at the end of the day because you will end up looking like shit. My ootd for yesterday was taken at 11PM and I regretted it because my face and eyebags clearly shouts "I want to sleep". It was also so uncomfortable because of my contact lens. I skipped work today as I am really drained from the two days. I should be taking a nap now but I have made up my mind to put in some time into blogging. I look horrible now too, my eyes looks like as if it has just got punched and it feels as though there are stones hanging on my eyelids. It is finally time for me to go to sleep...

Lunar New Year Day 1 and 2.

Disclaimer: There is absolutely nothing interesting that happened during the two days I went visiting my relatives, hence, if you think it would be a waste of time reading something absolutely redundant then do not continue. (but I obviously hope you would.)

As usual, my family went ahead with our cny schedule that has always been the same for all the years I have been alive. On the first day, it is only right for us to visit my paternal family. We would all gather at my grandparents place which is at the far end of Singapore. sigh. There are many internal conflicts in the family, don't even get me started. Truth is I am pretty much awkward with 90% of them. I no longer talk to my cousin that I used to be very close to as well. I feel so restricted with my actions every time I am with them and I just really wanted to go home. The gif below was exactly me the whole time I was there.

The only thing worth mentioning was how I ate 5 meals that day and not forgetting how I stuffed myself stupid with all the goodies. I need to learn self control. An ootd is still a must despite it being such an unproductive day spent on gaining nothing but weight.

The second day of cny has always been my favorite because I can finally feel less suffocated. I had to meet my paternal family again in the morning and it wasn't for a long period of time so it was still acceptable. Went to visit my maternal family after and it's PARTY TIME!!!!!

There is really nothing much to elaborate about what I did there besides having dinner and playing with the kiddos. My two favorite kiddos Jaden and Joven that is. It is actually 1:21AM now and I know I would not have time to blog so I am just going to rush through this.

Just a side note, I have been really really really blessed for the past few days and I am so sure 2014 would be a whopping good year ahead for me despite 2013 being a pretty bad one because my plans failed and everything did not turn out the way I wanted it to. So I guess this new blog also marks a new milestone in my life? The year has started off in a good note, I have successfully been accepted to the course I am really interested in. I really can't wait for school to start already!!!!! And!!! I want all of you who are reading this, if you have encountered any failures or are currently having a hard time to remember that nothing lasts forever. Do not be embarrassed by your failures, learn from them and grow out of it. You will overcome yourself.

I have decided to move my blog from my previous one to helloimjovina. Reason being, my previous readers would have known that I made a wrong move and literally 90% of my photos from my previous posts were wiped away from the phase of Earth. It looked really ugly having photos missing here and there, it would be really tedious to draft them all when I already have countless number of drafted posts so I decided to might as well create a new one. I have been cracking my brains every night thinking of a new url and I ended up with helloimjovina because im is actually found in all my social networking sites because I call myself jovinaim, if I were to flip the im in front of my name it would be imjovina. So hello I'm Jovina im. Without a doubt, I really hope none of my readers will disappear just like that because they have no idea I have left the other blog:( I will be putting in more effort in blogging as well and hopefully it will continue for a long time.
